LalaBet Terms of Use outlining user agreement and platform rules.

General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement” or “T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between LalaBet (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you (referred to as “user”, “you” or “your”) when using the Lalabet website, as well as related internet, mobile and other platforms.
Before registering on Lalabet, the user must carefully read, accept and agree to these terms and conditions without modification. The agreement is considered accepted when you click the “I am at least 18 years old and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” button. By using the website, you also agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
This Agreement applies to all services provided through mobile devices, including downloadable applications. References to the website include access to our services via mobile platforms.
LalaBet reserves the right to modify and/or assign this Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder. The updated version of the Terms and Conditions will be published on the website and will be effective immediately upon the user’s confirmation of the acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updates, you must stop using the website and notify us in writing immediately.
The English language version of this Agreement is the authentic and legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and translations into other languages, the English text shall prevail.
LalaBet is registered in Costa Rica, in the city of Jaco. Payment transactions are processed by SkyGrow Group Limitada; however, this payment processor is not a party to the contract between you and LalaBet.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or terminate any service if its use is deemed illegal.

Eligibility to Use the Platform

The website and its services are only available to individuals who are able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law and who are residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. Users are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their country before placing bets on the platform.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Registration of persons under this age is strictly prohibited and any deposited funds will be returned. If it is later discovered that a user was underage at the time of registration, all winnings will be void.
LalaBet reserves the right to request proof of age and block access to the service if there is reason to believe that the minimum age requirement has not been met. Parents are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.
Users are responsible for determining whether access to and use of the website is legal in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that gambling is not prohibited in your country of residence.
LalaBet prohibits registrations from users in certain restricted countries, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, France, Spain, China, Australia, North Korea, Iran, Israel, UAE, Singapore, Sweden, Ukraine and others. The platform takes reasonable steps to prevent access from these jurisdictions.
Certain games may also be restricted in certain regions at the discretion of the game providers, who may expand the list of prohibited countries without prior notice.

Account Registration

In order to use the platform, the user must create an account (“account”) on the Lalabet website by filling out the registration form, which requires the following information:

  • E-mail address and telephone number (temporary or fake data are not allowed);
  • Username, first name and last name (offensive, inappropriate or misleading names are prohibited);
  • Password (users are advised to choose a strong and secure password and to keep it confidential);
  • Currency preference;
  • Acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy;
  • Confirmation that the user is over 18 years of age;
  • Consent to receive promotional emails and offers (optional).

In addition, users may voluntarily provide:

  • Date of birth;
  • Gender;
  • Home address.

Users must provide accurate and current information. Any misrepresentation, concealment of identity or misrepresentation of affiliation will result in legal consequences. Access to the site may require further identity verification.

Before withdrawing funds for the first time, and in cases where deposits reach 2,000 EUR/AUD/NZD/CAD or a total of 7,500 EUR/AUD/NZD/CAD within a month, users must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We also reserve the right to conduct identity verification in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or frequent large withdrawals.

User Obligations

By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have completed the registration yourself and are not acting on behalf of any other person;
  • You are the sole owner of your account;
  • You do not have more than one account on Lalabet;
  • You do not know the outcome of any bet before placing it;
  • Your account is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes;
  • You have not sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise acquired accounts from other users;
  • You will not use your account to transfer funds between accounts;
  • You have not self-excluded from any gambling site in the past 12 months;
  • You acknowledge and accept LalaBet’s maximum winnings and withdrawal limits per day, week or month.

Dormant Account

  1. If a user does not make any bets, games, deposits, withdrawals or transfers, or if his account is otherwise inactive for at least six (6) consecutive calendar months, it will be classified as a dormant account.
  2. If a User’s account becomes dormant, LalaBet reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of €10 (or equivalent in other currencies) per month as long as the account has a positive balance. LalaBet will notify the user if their account is considered dormant. The user authorizes LalaBet to deduct the dormant account fee at the end of the month following the date on which the account becomes inactive.
  3. In order to continue using a dormant account, the user must verify their identity by completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process from the beginning.
  4. A user may close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. However, the following conditions apply:
  • The account must have a zero balance (no positive or negative funds) and no pending withdrawal requests.
  • If the user wishes to close an account with a positive balance or pending withdrawal requests, all funds in the account will be void.

5. In order to prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and abuse, LalaBet reserves the right to verify the user’s identity before closing the account. This process may include requesting current identification documents, conducting a live interview (via Skype or Zoom), requesting proof of funding sources, and obtaining a high-resolution selfie of the user holding their documents next to their face. This verification applies even if the User has previously passed an identity check.

6. LalaBet also reserves the right to close a user’s account and refund the remaining balance (after deducting withdrawal fees) at its sole discretion, without any obligation to give reasons or prior notice.

Deposits and Bets

    • Users may only participate in games if they have sufficient funds in their account in fiat currency;
    • LalaBet reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification for deposits in accordance with LalaBet’s KYC & AML Policy;
  • The minimum deposit amount is €20 (or equivalent in AUD/NZD/CAD). Deposits below this amount will not be credited;
  • Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods or countries. Please refer to the Payment Methods Policy for more details on deposit limits and fees.

Users may only deposit funds using their own personal payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, virtual currency wallets, or other authorized payment options. The name on the payment method must match the name on the user’s LalaBet account.

Under certain circumstances LalaBet may credit a user’s account with a “welcome bonus“. The conditions and amounts of such bonuses are determined by LalaBet and detailed on the website.

  • If a user’s account contains both deposit and bonus funds, the deposit funds must be used first before the bonus funds are available for wagering.

Betting Limits for New Users

  • New users are subject to a €500 betting limit on slot games;
  • A user is considered “new” until they reach VIP status, which can be achieved by:
    • Making a single deposit of €250 or more;
    • Making total deposits of €3,000 or more within one month.
  • VIP users have a €2,500 betting limit on slot machines;
  • If a VIP user’s monthly deposit falls below €500, or their monthly wagering falls below €5,000, they will lose their VIP status and their wagering limits will revert back to €500.

Withdrawals

In order to withdraw funds, the user must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. LalaBet reserves the right to:

  • Verify the user’s identity and the source of funds before processing withdrawals;
  • Hold withdrawals for the time necessary to complete the verification process;
  • Deny withdrawals and close accounts if false personal information is discovered.

Users will be notified via the email associated with their account if a withdrawal is denied.

Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: €40 (or equivalent in AUD/NZD/CAD);
  • Maximum withdrawal limits depend on the payment method chosen. If a withdrawal request exceeds the limit for a particular payment method, the withdrawal will be processed in installments;
  • Additional withdrawal fees may apply depending on the method and country. Please see the Payment Methods Policy for more details.

Maximum Withdrawal Limits (Non-Jackpot Winnings)

  • 20, 000€ per month, distributed as follows:
    • €5,000 per week.
  • Higher withdrawal limits may be available depending on the player’s VIP level.

Currency Exchange and Deposits

  • The exchange rate is fixed at the time of the withdrawal request to avoid discrepancies between the requested and final payout amount;
  • LalaBet is not responsible for currency fluctuations between the withdrawal request and the actual payout.

Compliance with anti-fraud regulations:

  • Users are required to deposit at least 100% of their funds through bank transfers involving credit transactions before initiating a withdrawal;
  • Only credit transfers will be counted towards the 100% deposit requirement. Deposits made by other methods will not be considered.

LalaBet may perform additional KYC verification for each withdrawal and reserves the right to:

  • Charge withdrawal processing fees, which will be visible during the withdrawal process;
  • Impose additional withdrawal fees if multiple withdrawal requests are made within a short period of time;
  • Enforce higher withdrawal limits for special events, as detailed in the Payment Methods Policy;
  • Require users to wager their entire deposit at least once before cashing out.

Fees and Taxes

Users are fully responsible for paying any fees and taxes applicable to their winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
In jurisdictions where reporting of gambling winnings is mandatory, users must report their winnings to the relevant authorities.

Failed or Aborted Games

LalaBet takes all necessary precautions to minimize technical problems, but cannot guarantee a flawless experience.

LalaBet, its suppliers and licensors are not liable for:

  • Server failures, delays or technical malfunctions;
  • Loss or corruption of data;
  • Communication failures;
  • Misuse of the site or content errors.

System failures:

  • All affected bets will be void;
  • If a game is interrupted due to system failure, LalaBet will:
    • Return the wagered amount to the user’s account;
    • Restore any accumulated winnings from the interrupted game;
    • If account restoration is not possible, winnings will be paid out directly via an approved method.

If a user’s game is interrupted due to telecommunication or equipment failure, the game will resume from the exact moment before the interruption. If this is not possible, LalaBet will:

  • Eliminate the game;
  • Return the wagered amount to the User’s account.

Anti-Fraud Policy

LalaBet strictly forbids fraudulent activities. If LalaBet suspects a user of fraud based on industry standard detection practices, including but not limited to:

  • Collusion with other players;
  • Strategies to obtain unfair winnings;
  • Fraud against LalaBet or its payment processors;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Use of third party software or analysis systems;
  • Multiple accounts;
  • Cheating or use of external unfair influences;
  • Declaring bankruptcy.

LalaBet reserves the right to cancel the user’s account and suspend payouts without prior notice. LalaBet may also report fraudulent activity to regulatory authorities.

If suspicious activity is detected, LalaBet may request updated documentation, conduct a video interview, verify the source of funds or request a selfie with identification, even if prior verification has been completed. Users must cooperate with these checks.

Zero Tolerance for Promotion Abuse

LalaBet strictly prohibits the abuse of promotions. Users who attempt to abuse welcome offers or promotions risk having their bonuses and winnings void. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using stolen cards or virtual currency;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions;
  • Proxy/multiple account strategies;
  • Manipulation of affiliate programs;
  • False registration details.

If a user abuses a bonus, shows irregular betting behavior or violates the gaming rules, LalaBet may deny bonuses, terminate access or block the account without refunding any balance.

Legal action may be taken against users who manipulate the system. LalaBet reserves the right to change or remove games.

If a user discovers software bugs, they must report them immediately and not exploit them. Failure to do so may result in full liability for damages.

Duplicate/multiple account winnings will be canceled and LalaBet reserves the right to reclaim withdrawn funds through legal means.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the website, trademarks and intellectual property belong to LalaBet and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify or distribute any content without permission. Third party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

Virtual Currency Acceptance

LalaBet follows strict KYC requirements and verifies users’ age, identity and address. Selling, buying or exchanging virtual currency for fiat currency is prohibited. Additional terms may be modified by the Master License Holder.

LalaBet ensures:

  • Regulatory approval for the use of virtual currency;
  • User identity and address verification;
  • Age verification (18+);
  • Collection of KYC data for withdrawals;
  • Proof of solvency and security of player funds;
  • Display bitcoin-to-fiat exchange rates.

Risk Disclaimer

LalaBet is not a financial institution and does not provide financial services or currency conversion. Users bear the risks associated with the transfer of virtual currencies, including

  • Software risks: Blockchain technology is under development and may have vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds;
  • Regulatory risks: Jurisdictions may impose regulations that alter or terminate services;
  • Loss of private keys: If users lose their wallet credentials, LalaBet is not responsible for stolen funds. Two-factor authentication is recommended;
  • Theft risks: Services may be subject to cyber-attacks that could result in the loss of virtual currency.

Users should understand and accept these risks before using virtual currency at LalaBet.

Limitation of Liability

The User acknowledges that gambling on this website involves the risk of financial loss. LalaBet is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the use of the website beyond its control.
SkyGrow Group Limitada is not responsible for unauthorized access to a user’s account by third parties and will not be liable for any losses resulting from the misuse of login information, unauthorized access or transactions made with incorrectly entered account information. We strongly recommend that you enable 2FA authentication.
SkyGrow Group Limitada is not responsible for hardware or software malfunctions, unstable or lost Internet connections, or any technical errors that may limit access to the website or disrupt gameplay.
In cases where a bet or payment is confirmed in error, SkyGrow Group Limitada reserves the right to void such bets or adjust them to reflect the correct conditions, prices or spreads that should have applied at the time of placement.
If LalaBet accidentally credits a user’s account with winnings due to technical errors, human error or other issues, such funds remain the property of LalaBet and will be deducted once the error is identified. If the user withdraws wrongly credited funds before the error is detected, the amount will be considered a debt owed to LalaBet. The user must report any false crediting immediately by e-mail.
SkyGrow Group Limitada, its directors, employees, partners and service providers will not be held liable for any of the above.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties will endeavor to achieve the intended result of the invalid provision.

Assignment

LalaBet may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the user’s consent. Users may not assign their rights without prior written consent.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and defend LalaBet, its affiliates and employees from and against any and all claims, damages and attorneys’ fees arising out of any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Disputes should be resolved by negotiation in the first place. If not resolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Rules of the Riga International Commercial Arbitration Court.

Complaints & Commitment to Decisions

  1. You may contact our support team at [email protected] with any complaints about our services.
  2. Complaints will be handled by our support team and, if unresolved, will be escalated within SkyGrow Group Limitada and its affiliates. You will be kept informed of the status of your complaint.
  3. If a dispute is not resolved at the management level, you may contact an independent body, gaming authority or licensor listed on the SkyGrow Group Limitada website.

In the event of a dispute, the server and blockchain records are the final authority in determining the outcome. If there is a discrepancy between the result on your screen and the game server, the game server and blockchain result will prevail. Our records will be the final authority regarding your participation and results.

In the event of a dispute, we will contact you using your account information.

If you wish to temporarily or permanently self-exclude yourself, please send an email to Customer Support. Upon receipt of your request, your account will enter a 24-hour cooling off period. After that, a support representative will inform you of the available self-exclusion options (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent). If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, your account will be reopened and you will be notified by email.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

The Company protects user information from unauthorized use and shares it only with parties involved in the provision of gaming services. Third party providers are required to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure privacy.
